This website is operated by TPSw Harry(“we”, “us”), a forex education business providing trading mentorship, signal subscriptions and copy-trading setup assistance. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.tradeswithharry.com or contact us, and what we do with it.

By using this website or messaging us, you agree to the practices described here.

Almost every enquiry to us starts on WhatsApp. When you click a WhatsApp button on this site, your message opens in WhatsApp and, if you send it, we receive:

• your WhatsApp phone number and profile name;
• the content of the messages you choose to send us;
• a short reference tag we add to the pre-filled message (for example — Ref: google / cpc) which tells us which advertisement or page you came from;
• anything else you volunteer during the conversation — for example your trading experience, your broker, or your country.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your broker login password, your bank details, card numbers, or one-time passcodes.

When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics providers collect standard technical data: your IP address (used to derive an approximate country or city, then discarded or truncated), browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how you arrived, and timestamps.

We use this in aggregate to understand which pages work and where the site is slow. We do not use it to build a personal profile of you, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.

We advertise on Google. When you arrive from an ad, Google adds identifiers to the link — such as a click ID (gclid) and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). We store these in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit so that, if you go on to message us, we know which campaign produced the enquiry. This data is cleared when you close the tab.

The tools that place or read cookies on this site are:

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads — to measure page views, ad clicks and conversions (for us, a conversion is a WhatsApp button click). Google may set cookies on your device and process this data in line with its own privacy policy.
• Vercel Analytics — privacy-focused traffic and performance measurement provided by our host. It does not use cookies to track you across websites.
• A single preference cookie (local storage) that remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using this site or contacting us.

• to answer your enquiry and explain the programme that fits you;
• to deliver the service you have paid for — signal alerts, mentorship sessions, course material or copy-trading setup support;
• to send you service messages on WhatsApp about the programme you joined (you can ask us to stop at any time);
• to measure which advertisements and pages actually produce enquiries, so we do not waste money on the ones that do not;
• to keep records of payments and agreements, and to comply with any legal obligation that applies to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your WhatsApp number or conversation with other students or third-party marketers.

We do rely on the following service providers:

• Meta (WhatsApp)— our conversations with you take place on WhatsApp and are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
• Google — analytics and advertising measurement, as described above.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery for this website.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights.

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers put in place under their own data protection commitments.

Advertising parameters held in session storage are deleted when you close the browser tab. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form by our providers according to their standard retention periods.

WhatsApp conversations and enrolment records are kept for as long as you are a student and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can honour access you have already paid for and keep our own financial records. After that they are deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. You can also ask us to stop messaging you.

Message us on WhatsApp and we will action reasonable requests. Because most of what we hold is a WhatsApp conversation with you, we will normally need to verify the request from the same number.

Our services are for adults only. This website and our programmes are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us and we will delete the record.

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and access to our admin tools is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we will never ask you to send credentials or payment card details through this website or WhatsApp.

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
