These terms form an agreement between you and TPSw Harry (“we”, “us”) covering your use of this website and any programme you buy from us. By browsing the site, messaging us, or paying for a programme, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not use our services if trading, receiving trading education, or copy trading is prohibited or restricted where you live — checking that is your responsibility, not ours.

You confirm that any money you trade is your own, is not borrowed, and is money you can afford to lose.

We offer three things, and it is worth being precise about each:

• Mentorship — education. Structured lessons, session reviews and feedback on your own trading. We teach a method; we do not trade your account for you.
• Signals — trade ideas delivered to you with entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels. They are ideas, not instructions and not advice. Whether to take a signal, at what size, and when to close it, is always your decision and your risk.
• Copy trading — we help you connect your own broker account to our master account with a copy link, after which our trades are mirrored into your account. Your account stays in your name, at your broker, under your control. We never receive your login password and never have withdrawal access. You can disconnect at any time.

We are not a broker, a bank, a fund, an asset manager, or a licensed financial adviser, and we are not registered with any financial regulator as any of those things. We do not hold, pool, manage or invest client money, and we never ask you to send us trading capital.

Nothing on this website, in our signals, in our lessons or in our WhatsApp messages is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice. None of it is tailored to your circumstances, because we do not assess them. See our Risk Disclaimer for the full picture.

Trading results depend on market conditions, your broker's execution and spreads, your account size, your risk settings, your discipline and your timing. Because of that, we do not and cannot promise any profit, any win rate, or any income.

Statistics, screenshots and track records shown on this site describe past outcomes. They are not a forecast, not a typical result, and not a promise of what you will experience.

Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and are indicative. The exact fee, billing cycle and payment method for your programme are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay. Signal plans are prepaid subscriptions; mentorship is a one-off fee per programme tier.

Copy trading has no monthly fee. Instead we take 30% of net profit and you keep 70%, charged on profit only — nothing is owed to us in a losing period. The measurement period and settlement method are agreed with you in writing before your account is connected.

Because access to signal groups and course material is granted immediately and cannot be un-delivered, fees are non-refundable once access has been given, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. Subscriptions can be cancelled for future periods at any time — tell us before your next renewal date and you will not be billed again.

You are responsible for any bank, transfer or currency-conversion charges, and for any taxes that apply to you.

Any broker, exchange, prop firm or copy-trading platform you use is an independent third party. Your account, your deposits, your withdrawals and your execution are governed by that provider's own terms, and we are not responsible for their conduct, their fees, their platform downtime, their slippage, or their failure. If we suggest a provider, it is a suggestion — you should do your own checks.

All course material, videos, written content, signal formats and branding on this site belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the material of the programme you paid for, for your own trading.

You may not resell, republish, screen-record, redistribute, or share our signals or course material — including sharing your group access with another person. Doing so ends your access immediately, with no refund, and we may pursue the matter further.

Do not use this website or our groups to spam, promote other services, harass other students, impersonate us, scrape our content, or attempt to breach our systems. We remove members who do, and we may report unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if a payment fails or is reversed, or if we reasonably believe your conduct puts other students or our business at risk. You may stop using our services at any time; disconnecting a copy-trading link is done at your broker and takes effect immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, our signals, our education or a copy-trading connection. You accept that every trading decision taken in your account is your own.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the programme in question in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may update these terms as our programmes change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it. If a change materially affects a programme you have already paid for, we will tell you directly.
